Featuring a uniquely linked back and seat recline, this care chair guarantees consistently good postural management through the ability to increase the seat angle as the back angle reclines. This is complimented by the Reflexion foam sculpted backrest that contours to the individual’s shape to help disperse body weight more evenly over a larger surface.
The ability to adjust the back height of the Omega, it can provide support and comfort for almost any user. Reflexion foam is also incorporated in the armrests of the chair, whilst a choice of seating modules including Intelli-Gel ensures the chair can be customised to suit the user’s needs. The legrest is also made from Reflexion foam, and it is securely fastened to the chair by strong, flexible attachments that will help provide full leg support.
For more mobile users, an optional sliding footrest can be added to the Omega for correct positioning of the feet, particularly when a user is being moved whilst seated in the chair without the legrest attached. Loose covers are available for the chair is this is required.
